Around 5:20 pm yesterday police responded to a radio call on the 7100 block of Ogontz Avenue where they found a 25-year-old black male in the rear driveway. The man had sustained a gun shot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have no identification on him yet.

The victim has been identified as Donovan Weary.
