On Saturday, Feb. 9, at 11:35 pm, police responded to a call on the 2100 block of North 31st Street of a person with a gun. When police arrived, they found Julius Dante Hall, a 26-year-old black male from Van Pelt Street, laying on the highway. Hall was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and thigh. He was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:12 am.
Police have no motive or suspect.
