At 6:27 pm yesterday police officers responded to a shooting at 201 East Wishart Street, the Good Taste Chinese Restaurant. Inside, officers found a Hispanic male, 37-year-old Maximimo Diaz, from the 2900 block of Hurley Street, lying on the floor with two gunshot wounds to the chest. Diaz was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:57 pm.Police have no motive or suspect.
