Bintou Soumare, 45, was pronounced dead yesterday at 7:49 pm at Temple University Hospital, where she had been listed in critical condition since being shot in the left temple during a July 15 robbery inside a Feltonville clothing store she owned with her husband. Her husband, Amissi Ndikumasabo, 41, also shot in the head, was pronounced dead inside the store.Police have arrested Thomas Foggy, 19, and charged him with murder and related offenses for both deaths.
