Philadelphia Police & the FBI Fugitive Task Squad confirm the Tuesday arrest of Anthony Capella, wanted for the January beating death of Victor Alfonsi. He was arrested without incident in New Port Richey, Fl.Alfonsi was the 9th Murder victim of 2008. As of July 2, 2008, the murder count in Philadelphia stands at 163.
