On March 2, at 7:55 am, on the 200 block of W. Westmoreland, police found Nicholas Cruz, 38, Hispanic male, lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Cruz was transported to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 8:30 pm.
Police have no motive or arrest.
