Marquel Colbert, 18
On Oct 4, around 7:30 pm, Marquel Colbert, 18, black male, was shot multiple times on Pratt Street near Oakland, around the corner from his home. Colbert was being driven to nearby Frankford-Torresdale hospital when police pulled the car over, based on radio information of a vehicle observed leaving the scene. A rescue transfer was called and Colbert was transported to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 8:15 pm. Police have made no arrest, but said the shooting followed an argument.

this is really sad. He is one of my best friends, best friend, a lover. It brings me to tears, how people can just kill people
yea i went to grade school with him. I was in his class every year. He was such a smart kid
